LPGA Tour player Beatriz Recari picked up a golf club for the first time at age 9 and seemingly hasn¹t put one down since. Affectionately referred to as “Iron Woman” by many of her peers, Recari loves teeing it up and competing against the best golfers on a weekly basis, no matter where they are in the world. In fact, in 2012, the charismatic 25-year old Spaniard played more golf than any other player on Tour, playing in all 28 events across 13 different countries…and she was one of only three players who did not miss a single cut all year.
Since her maiden LPGA victory at the 2010 CVS/pharmacy LPGA Challenge, she has become a fan favorite both on the course with her creativity around the greens and off the course sharing personal stories from life on tour online. She speaks in English, Spanish and is even learning Japanese in order to connect with her growing fan base.
